In these terms of services, “I” “we” “us” and “our” refers to Have Fun Crafts. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms of service.

We reserve the right to amend this notice at any time, and your use of our website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms of service as amended. We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

Our Website Services

1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

Product Descriptions

2. At all times we strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible, however we do not warrant that it is accurate at all times. When we become aware of any incorrect descriptions, we have the right to correct any errors or omission as noticed.

3. All images are provided for illustration purposes only and we do not guarantee that any products are the same as depicted. We will always do our best to accurately depict all items however there may be a slight colour variation due to lighting during product photography and differences between computer screens.

4. We also cannot guarantee that all product photos depict the exact design as sometimes we may have to alter elements of a design due to availability of materials.

Product Orders

5. We endeavor to ensure all products appearing as in stock are available but due to being a small business, with Made to Order items, there can be discrepancies. We cannot be held liable if we have to cancel/amend an order due to the inability to fulfill a product order.

6. Packaging and postage is currently free, however we retain the right to charge under any circumstances we seem fit. An example of this would be an incredibly bulky or heavy order. Shipping costs can also be changed at any time with no notice to consumers, so please ensure you regular check our postage and handling information.

7. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

8. We undertake to accept or reject your order within Ten (10) business days. If we have not responded to you within Ten (10) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase.

9. Information on delivery of your ordered products can be found on our Delivery Info page and once dispatched we are not liable for loss or damage once your order has left us.

Order Cancellation Due To Error

10. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction and funds will be returned.

Product Returns

11. If a product is faulty you must inform us of the issue as soon as possible and upon our assessment we will aim to replace or refund on a case by case basis.

12. Returning undamaged goods for exchange or refund is completely at your own expense and risk and this is only for unused items in original condition with proof or purchase within Fourteen (14) days. To clarify we will not refund and postage/packaging costs.

13. Made to Order items, Personalised items, Customised items, Special Request items and any items that are a variation from a standard design are EXEMPT from refunds or exchanges UNLESS they are deemed faulty after assessment.

14. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card or your bank account for the amount initially debited for the purchase excluding packaging and postage charges.

Site Access

15. When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

16. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary notice. Your use of our content in any other way infringes our intellectual property rights.

17. Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.

18. The licence to access and use the information on our website does not include the right to use any data mining robots or other extraction tools. The licence also does not permit you to metatag or mirror our website without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to serve you with notice if we become aware of your metatag or mirroring of our website.
